1. Go to the official Dogecoin website and click on Windows (or your preference where to put your wallet in).
Upon downloading and installing, you might need to leave it overnight for the blockchain to be downloaded to your wallet. Blockchain is the "general ledger" of your Dogecoin wallet. In order to send and receive payments, the public must know first that you will be sending or receiving money before it is placed.

Now that you got a wallet, you can now mine and go to faucet sites.
Some terminologies to know:
Mine - way of getting Dogecoins the hard way, yet higher than what you get at faucets.
Faucet / Faucet sites - these are sites which gives you free Dogecoins. By free, it is 200% FREE. All you have to do is do a CAPCHA check or share the info to others and you receive a low pay.
Mine vs Faucet:
- If you want to earn faster, use mine. Else, faucet.
- If you got a good graphics card, mine.
Here's a faucet link to free Dogecoin. It gives you a range from 10 to 1,100,000 Dogecoin per roll. Your roll resets every 1 hour. Create an account and once you successfully created one, link your Dogecoin.
2. Linking your wallet to faucets
Once the sync is done, create a New Wallet and name it anything you like. Then, go to the Request tab, then copy the address
Then, go to a faucet (I used the one I linked above). Go to profile, and paste it to the Dogecoin address
Once you done that, you are know eligible for payouts!
